What you can expect

The view

Every room faces the Aegean with its own private balcony or terrace. You will hear the water before you see it.

The comforts

The beach below

Sunbeds and beach service on our own stretch of sand, and breakfast served downstairs until 11am.

Before you arrive

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Because the beach bar is right downstairs, we can usually hold your bags and set you up with a sunbed if you arrive early or leave late — just tell us your flight times.

How many people fit?

All three rooms sleep two adults. The Superior has a sofa bed which works well for one small child. If you are travelling as a group, all three rooms can be booked together — the whole floor is yours.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is served downstairs until 11am and charged separately, so you can order exactly what you feel like — full English, granola bowl, pancakes or smashed avocado and eggs, at a table by the water.

When are you open?

The rooms and the beach bar run through the summer season, roughly May – October. Outside those months, send us an email and we will let you know our dates for next year.

Getting here from the airport

Kos International Airport is about 20 minutes away by car. We can arrange a private transfer for you — include your flight number in your booking enquiry and we will take care of it.
